With prior experience in raptor rehabilitation and public education since 2009, Emily joined Rise in 2011 and has supported training and educational programming for Rise. Emily has a B.S. in Biology and a Master of Science in Education. Emily received the Alabama State Parks Eagle Award for her volunteer educational work with raptors with the state park system. Loving all wildlife, she finds her true passion in getting to share these beautiful birds with any and all who will lend an ear.
