Blaire Baxter is a huge supporter of bringing education outside and enjoying time with her family at local State Parks. She is an elementary educator in a blended project based learning and virtual public school. She is a Master Naturalist and involved in other conservations organizations. She strives to show her students and daughter how incredible the natural world can be. Her involvement with Rise Raptor Project has become an organic and ever evolving partnership involving her 1st grade daughter who also loves these incredible birds. Her long-term goals Rise is to create a standards-based curriculum showcasing each raptor to make conservation of these apex predators real for the next generation.
